Hrvatski Ju-Jitsu Savez (HJJS) is Croatia's official Ju-Jitsu federation, uniting everyone who practices this sport under one roof and regularly organizing national competitions and events. As the governing body of the sport in Croatia, HJJS is responsible for athlete development, competition standards, and growing the sport at every level.

AGM Studio took over the federation's social media management from day one, building their entire digital presence from the ground up. Through live marketing campaigns during tournaments and structured monthly content planning, we built an engaged community that now generates 170K+ monthly interactions across their platforms.

From zero to a fully operational social media ecosystem, our approach combines event-driven live content with consistent monthly strategy.
